Job Summary
Inspect and assess residential HVAC duct systems for cleanliness, accessibility, and potential issues. Clean air ducts, registers, and HVAC components using industry-standard tools and equipment to remove dust, debris, mold, and other contaminants. Seal and insulate ducts as needed to prevent air leaks and energy loss while maintaining accurate records of services performed. Communicate clearly with homeowners about the cleaning process and any concerns found, ensuring compliance with safety standards and company procedures. Maintain work areas and tools clean and organized while upholding a professional appearance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Willingness to undergo background check
- Willingness to undergo drug screening
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Ability to work in confined spaces
