Job Summary
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from intake and job briefing through sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and onboarding handover. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build accurate job descriptions, and agree on realistic hiring timelines. Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, talent pools, and direct headhunting. Screen and shortlist candidates through CV review, structured phone screens, and competency-based interviews. Maintain the Applicant Tracking System with accurate pipelines and candidate records. Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and prepare competitive offers aligned with UAE market benchmarks and internal pay bands. Ensure compliance with UAE labour law and visa/work-permit requirements while tracking key metrics like time-to-fill and source of hire. Build long-term talent pipelines for critical roles and champion an inclusive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience within the UAE
- Proven track record managing the full recruitment cycle end to end
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. Workday, Greenhouse, Taleo, Bullhorn, SmartRecruiters, or similar)
- Fluent English — excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and direct headhunting
- Solid understanding of UAE labour law, visa processes, and the local talent market
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Experience recruiting across the wider GCC region
- Arabic language skills (spoken and/or written)
- HR or recruitment certification (e.g. CIPD, SHRM, AIRS/LinkedIn Certified Recruiter)
- Experience recruiting in a fast-paced, high-growth, or agency environment

- Full-cycle recruitment: Proven track record managing the full recruitment cycle end to end, ideally across multiple functions and seniority levels
