Job Summary
Implement HR strategy to drive organizational vision over a 1-2 year horizon while partnering with leadership to create safe environments and influence behavior. Develop utilization plans, champion EID initiatives, and identify risk patterns in EEO/AA to correct adverse business conditions. Provide coaching to directors and SVPs, manage grievances with Labor Relations, and lead talent evaluation. Collaborate with COEs to design onboarding, shape workforce strategy using workforce analytics, and monitor program ROI. Drive process excellence and worker engagement by analyzing industry trends and technologies. This role requires 25% travel and is eligible for relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field
- 3-5 years relevant work experience
- Standard computer skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt communication style for all levels within the organization
- Significant knowledge in HR strategy execution
- Ability to implement HR strategy at various levels of the organization
- Ability to drive improvement and integration of processes, technology, and people through workforce shaping
- Strong analytical skills
- High level of confidentiality
- 25% travel
