Job Summary
Oversee HR operations for 700+ employees, leading recruiting efforts across warehouse, facilities, and office positions to meet hiring goals. Source, interview, and hire high-caliber talent for leadership and key roles while building and coaching a high-performing HR team. Develop talent acquisition strategies to attract active and passive candidates and collaborate on performance management and employee relations. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years of HR experience in warehouse settings, and knowledge of federal and Texas employment laws. Includes travel for initial training at North American locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field
- 10+ years of HR and talent acquisition experience in high-growth, shift or warehouse settings
- 5+ years of management experience
- Knowledgeable of federal and Texas employment laws
- Travel for initial training at Uline's North American locations
- All new hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
