Job Summary
Senior HR Manager role at Uline’s Texas branch overseeing HR operations for 700+ employees. Responsibilities include leading recruiting across warehouse, facilities and office positions; building and coaching a high-performing HR team; developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to attract active and passive candidates; collaborating with leadership on hiring, performance management and employee relations; ensuring compliance with federal and Texas employment laws; travel for initial training across North American locations. Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, 10+ years HR/talent acquisition experience in high-growth/shift/warehouse environments, 5+ years of management experience, and on-site work at the Irving/Dallas, TX locations. Required Qualifications
