Job Summary
Senior HR leader for the Dodge Center manufacturing site, overseeing HR for both salaried office and hourly production teams. Leads and develops a team of HR professionals, partners with site leaders to implement workforce, talent, engagement, and organizational strategies, advises on employee relations, performance management, and employment law, collaborates with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver programs, drives workforce planning, succession, and leadership development, uses workforce analytics to inform decisions, and fosters a positive, high-performing culture that supports retention and growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Eight (8) or more years of progressive Human Resources experience across multiple HR disciplines
- Experience leading and developing HR professionals
