Job Summary

Senior HR Manager for STAR Relations directs HR and Operations activities including recruitment, total compensation, training and development, association/labor relations, and performance management. Serves as SME on STAR Relations, HRIS systems, internal processes, and compliance/audit activities; leads non-senior HR team members and ensures adherence to laws and operating procedures. Responsibilities span partnering with property managers and vendors on recruitment and benefits, managing employee development and orientation, maintaining employee relations, and overseeing legal/compliance practices. Requires strong HR leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to drive HR programs across properties.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED; 4 years’ experience in the human resources, management operations, or related professional area.
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years’ experience in the human resources, management operations, or related professional area.
