Senior Human Resources Manager (Full-time)

Job Summary
Oversee recruitment, interviews, hiring, training, and daily department workflow while managing personnel to ensure HR programs align with business objectives. Administer HR programs covering compensation, benefits, leave, disputes, investigations, performance, and occupational health and safety. Develop and implement policies, processes, and initiatives to support compliance and strategy, while assisting with employee resolutions including discipline and termination. Monitor adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws, modifying policies as needed. Collaborate with senior leadership on staffing and retention strategies to provide HR advice and counsel.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience as an HR Director/Manager
- minimum 5 years
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Proficiency with, or the ability to, quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources management preferred
