Job Summary
Senior HR Manager responsible for advising leaders on employee relations, performance, and workforce planning; leading employee engagement initiatives, analyzing workforce metrics, and shaping retention and culture strategies. role encompasses coaching managers, developing leadership, implementing recruitment and onboarding/offboarding programs, partnering on compensation/benefits/talent development, ensuring compliance and EEO support, and contributing to strategic planning as part of the senior leadership team. Requires experience across HR disciplines, strong communication, confidentiality handling, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally; in-office presence required with weekend coverage and local travel.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant work experience
- minimum of 4 years’ leadership experience
- Experience leading multiple HR subject areas (talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, succession planning, training and development)
- HRIS, ATS, and LMS experience (UKG PRO or Workday a plus)
- Ability to travel locally to attend networking events
- Fully in-office schedule to include two weekend days each month
