Job Summary
Senior HR Generalist supports the HR Director and HR Team, coordinates key HR activities, handles onboarding and offboarding, HRIS/ADP data entry and payroll support, manages employee relations, workers’ compensation and disability leaves, OSHA reporting, ACA compliance, benefits administration (including 403b), orientation and HR-related training, and collaborates with directors and managers to maintain compliant personnel files and effective HR processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years HR experience
