Job Summary
Serve as the on-site People Partner for Satellogic's production operations in Uruguay, partnering with leadership to build organizational capability and support business objectives. Lead all recruitment activities for the local site, including sourcing, interviews, and onboarding, while managing the full employee lifecycle from hiring through offboarding. Provide coaching on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution, ensuring compliance with Uruguayan labor legislation and company policies. Execute local HR operations, maintain HRIS data integrity, and coordinate training initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Experience recruiting hourly and professional employees
- Experience advising managers on employee relations
- Working knowledge of Uruguayan employment legislation
- Strong employee relations capabilities
- Talent acquisition expertise
- Performance management
- Employment law knowledge
- Coaching and influencing leaders
- HRIS proficiency
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Problem solving and sound judgment
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting manufacturing, production, industrial, or operations environments strongly preferred
- Experience working within a global or multinational organization is preferred
