Job Summary
Provide human resources support for the Mankato manufacturing plant, partnering with plant leadership to deliver HR programs across staffing, employee relations, training, and compliance while supporting business objectives in a dynamic plant environment. Onsite role. Responsibilities include day-to-day HR partnership and consultation to assigned teams, coaching leaders on HR program administration and resolving complex employee relations matters, leading implementation of approved HR policies, coordinating HR programs (EEO compliance, unemployment, litigation support, retention, turnover, severance), collaborating with HR peers and cross-functional partners to meet business needs, implementing diversity and affirmative action compliant programs, facilitating recruitment pipelines, and designing/ad hoc reporting to support business decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in Human Resources
- experience with employee benefits and compensation administration
- experience with employee relations, employment sourcing, regulatory compliance, and HR program administration
