Job Summary

Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, managing employee relations, conflict resolution, and corrective actions while coaching on performance management and disciplinary processes. Support the employee lifecycle by handling onboarding, offboarding, and transactions in HRIS systems, and partner with talent acquisition on workforce planning and hiring needs. Advise leadership on job leveling, compensation basics, and internal equity, then coach staff on development planning and career progression. Lead HR initiatives such as policy updates, process standardization, and system enhancements while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Analyze HR metrics to provide insights on engagement and retention trends. Work in a hybrid office environment four days per week with a starting base salary of $83,640-$116,150.

Required Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of progressive HR experience
  • at least 2 years as an HR Generalist
  • bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field
  • Experience supporting non-exempt and exempt operations teams (production and fulfillment)
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, ADP)
  • Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment laws
  • Ability to manage confidential information properly
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills and strong attention to detail
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet applications, HRIS and LMS, or other HRIS system experience
  • Professional written and spoken fluency in English
  • Legally permitted to work in the country you are applying

  • Must be in office 4 days per week
  • Travel up to 10% of the time
  • Work in an office environment 4-5 days per week
