Senior Human Resources Generalist

Senior HR Generalist serving as trusted HR partner to managers and employees; responsibilities include employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and workplace investigations while ensuring fair and compliant outcomes. Supports HR operations and compliance by maintaining employee records, ensuring adherence to employment laws and company policies, supporting audits, and driving consistency across HR processes and procedures. Partners with leadership on talent management initiatives, including performance reviews, performance improvement plans (PIPs), employee engagement, retention strategies, and workforce development. Collaborates with hiring managers on recruitment activities, workforce planning, job descriptions, and candidate experience, while supporting onboarding and offboarding processes. Assists with compensation, benefits, HR programs, and workforce analytics by supporting offer development, benefits administration, HR initiatives, and reporting on key metrics such as headcount, turnover, hiring progress, and workforce trends. Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree, Multi-state, International environments. Requirements: 5 to 8 years of progressive HR experience; strong employee relations; HRIS experience; knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements; proficient MS Office; able to manage priorities across time zones; High school diploma or equivalent; Background check and drug screening required.
