Job Summary
Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, exits, policy inquiries, and leaves while identifying opportunities to improve the employee experience. Provide day-to-day support to junior managers on employee relations cases, HR policy interpretation, and miscellaneous inquiries. Support core HR processes such as performance management, D&I initiatives, and talent reviews using the Dayforce HRIS system to drive data-driven insights and employee self-service. Conduct exit interviews, analyze retention trends, and raise talent risk concerns. Proactively identify actions to drive team motivation and engagement while fostering relationships with cross-functional partners. Handle logistics for people programs and champion FanDuel culture principles across client groups.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in HR
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience within Human Resources
- Experience in an employee facing role
- Comfortability with using data and deriving insights
- Ability to operate in a continuously changing & fast paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build strong business relationships
- Ability to adapt to ambiguity in a continuously changing environment
- Technically savvy with specific experience using: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel & HR Information Systems
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in an employee facing role is preferred
- Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in HR or equivalent demonstrable experience a plus
