Job Summary
Senior HR Generalist focused on the UK market, supporting end-to-end recruitment across multiple levels, HR operations, onboarding, immigration and international mobility, and talent development. Partners with UK leadership and Operating Committee to drive hiring across the UK and international markets, support employee relations, and contribute to the firm’s international growth. Responsibilities include talent acquisition across graduate, campus, and early career pools; collaboration with external recruiting agencies; managing UK payroll inputs and benefits inquiries; sponsor licence administration and Skilled Worker visa coordination; onboarding across offices; development initiatives and performance processes; and ensuring compliance with UK employment law. Strong stakeholder engagement with senior leaders, ability to operate across multiple jurisdictions, and a proactive, commercially-minded approach are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of progressive HR generalist experience in the UK
- Demonstrated experience running recruitment end-to-end across multiple levels in the UK
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
- Experience with learning and development, including identifying training needs and supporting the design and delivery of development programs and initiatives
- Exposure to international hiring or supporting employees across multiple jurisdictions strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of UK immigration, including sponsor licence administration and Skilled Worker visas
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders, employees, and external partners
- Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information
- Proactive, resourceful, and commercially minded, with the judgment to balance employee advocacy with business priorities
