Job Summary
Senior HR Generalist providing HR support to multiple client engagements with a focus on benefits, compensation, talent management, business leadership and strategy, employee relations, and compliance. The role requires a BA/BS and at least 10 years of HR experience in dynamic environments (private or nonprofit). The candidate should be comfortable working with client organizations as part of The HR Team’s W-2 consultants and traveling to client offices 1-3 days per week in the DC/Baltimore region; remote options exist for client work. This position emphasizes flexibility, analytical thinking, and strong interpersonal skills to deliver comprehensive HR services across diverse industries.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- minimum 10 years of HR experience in privately held small business or nonprofit environments
- experience with benefits & compensation, talent management, business leadership & strategy, employee relations, and compliance
- master's degree and PHR/SPHR certification preferred
