Job Summary
Senior HR Generalist administers daily operations of the Human Resources Department and provides support to the Chief Human Resources Officer. Oversees credentialing and privileging program for clinical staff, recruitment and onboarding, HRIS administration and reporting, compensation and performance management support, benefits administration including FMLA, COBRA, and Workers’ Compensation coordination, data integrity and compliance with HR-related laws. Partners with payroll, develops HRIS workflows, trains users, generates standard reports, maintains staff files, and supports organizational training and special projects. Requires at least 5 years HR experience and an Associate degree with PHR/SHRM-CP certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of diverse Human Resource experience
- Associates degree in Business, Human Resources, Accounting or related field
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification required
