Senior Human Resources Employee Benefits & Retirement Specialist

Independently complete analysis and reconcile discrepancies or inconsistencies on benefits and creditable retirement services. Provide guidance on the full range of employee benefit programs including retirement. Interpret and apply employee benefit practices, policies, laws, and regulations to research and resolve complex federal employee benefits issues. Requires seven years of Federal Retirement and Counseling experience, FERS/CSRS experience, and a Public Trust Clearance. This role supports potential future contract awards for federal government clients.
