Job Summary
Partner with executive leadership and business units to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives and drive performance. Lead workforce strategies, analyze trends and metrics to inform decision-making, and guide change management efforts. Oversee employee relations investigations, resolve complex matters, and manage the offboarding process. Implement succession planning, talent reviews, and performance management systems to build a strong talent pipeline. Mentor junior HR professionals and spearhead projects that enhance organizational culture and operational improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar capacity
- Strong business acumen
- Problem-solving abilities

- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to influence and build strong relationships with senior leaders
- Expertise in implementing talent management strategies

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience
