Job Summary
Senior HR Business Partner to support the Marketing organization in NYC, partnering with senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives through organizational design, workforce and succession planning, and change management. Counsel leaders on employee relations, performance management, engagement, and complex talent issues; leverage data and HR insights to identify needs and measure impact. Lead talent processes for the Marketing team, including talent reviews, performance cycles, compensation planning, and leadership development; collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions; support organizational changes while maintaining engagement and business continuity; ensure compliance with employment laws and policies and drive cross-functional HR initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience
- Significant experience as an HR Business Partner or strategic generalist
- Experience advising leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and change management
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate priorities into people strategies
- Excellent consulting, coaching, communication, and relationship management skills
- Experience using HR metrics and insights to inform decisions
- Preferred: HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR)
- Experience supporting Marketing, Communications, or similar fast-paced, collaborative groups
- Experience partnering with senior leaders in matrixed organizations
- Experience leading or supporting organizational change, transformation, or culture initiatives
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
