Job Summary
Senior HR Business Partner responsible for managing employee relations across a manufacturing organization, providing strategic HR partnership, workforce planning, investigations, and policy compliance. Delivers coaching and training to managers on performance management, ER issues, and conflict resolution; drives organizational design, engagement, rewards, and offboarding initiatives; partners with HR leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and support change. Role is based in Milford, MA with up to 25% travel. Requires a Bachelor's in HR/related field, with graduate degree or HR certification preferred, and 10+ years of HR experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
- Graduate degree or HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred
- 10+ years of experience in human resources
- Experience supporting employee relations in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Proven track record of managing complex employee relations issues and investigations
- Thorough knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent mediation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- High level of emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion
