Job Summary
Senior HRBP provides HR consultation and solutions to designated regional business units, interprets HR policies, and leads HR activities in areas such as employee relations, performance management, compensation/benefits, learning and development. Owns acquisition integration for HR across the business unit and collaborates with regional HR teams to drive workforce planning, engagement, and organizational design. Responsibilities include conducting investigations, advising on organizational structure, workforce analytics, job evaluations, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Position is hybrid and based in the Montreal, Quebec area.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration or related discipline
- 7+ years of professional human resources experience with 5+ years of experience in a core HR functional area or as an HR Generalist
- PHR or SPHR (Preferred)
- Authorized to work in Canada
