Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Hybrid role in Glendale, CA office)

Analyze HR data to identify trends and improvement opportunities across global groups, then recommend and implement solutions to enhance service quality and operational efficiency. Drive talent development initiatives by collaborating with HR partners to provide coaching, onboarding, learning programs, and performance management support. Lead global, regional, or country-level HR projects including reorganizations and strategic initiatives, while acting as a subject matter expert for HR systems and regional nuances. Provide consultative coaching to managers to build leadership capability and address complex issues, and manage employee relations matters while championing policy communication and compliance. Partner with Early Phase clinical units to support teams running first-in-human through early patient studies, collaborating closely with scientific, clinical, operational, and regulatory teams.
