Job Summary
Senior HR Business Partner partnering with leaders across multiple business units to drive strategic people solutions focused on employee relations, compliance, investigations, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and leadership coaching. Utilizes analytics and workforce data to identify trends, mitigate risk, and provide proactive recommendations to leadership. Serves as a coach/consultant to leaders, supporting organizational change, succession planning, and performance management. Reports to Human Resources Director; hybrid work environment with occasional visits to warehouses/sites in the Houston area.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Business Administration, or related degree; equivalent experience may be considered
- 5-10+ years supporting field operations (e.g., service technicians, drivers, fleet, distribution branches, or warehouse environments)
- strong analytical skills with ability to interpret workforce data
- advanced knowledge of employment law, HR compliance requirements, and employee relations best practices
- ability to communicate clearly with employees and leaders at all levels
- resourceful with ability to think critically and manage sensitive situations
