Job Summary
Senior HR Business Partner at WinnCompanies' Boston HQ: partner with the Employee Relations team and corporate HR to guide investigations, disciplinary actions, and coaching; supervise two employees; collaborate with Talent Acquisition on regional open positions; design and deliver trainings; ensure compliance with employment laws; drive employee engagement and support HR initiatives across a multi-site organization; strong focus on management coaching, policy interpretation, and complex employee relations matters.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources
- 1-3 years minimum in a Supervisory/Management role within Human Resources
- HRIS system experience
- Experience with Professional Development Plans
- Employee Engagement experience
- Comfortable leading trainings and meetings for large groups
- Experience managing complex employee relations issues
- Solid understanding of Federal and multiple State employment laws
- Prior experience working with multi-site / state companies
