Senior HR Business Partner in Chennai partnering with the Director of HR to support Chennai site initiatives (performance cycles, manager development, employee engagement) and guide people programs across regions, including performance management, talent development, total rewards, internal communications, and team health. Use data and feedback to identify trends and inform programs that improve employee experience and business outcomes; provide coaching on career growth, feedback, collaboration, and change management; balance strategic with operational duties and contribute to big-picture initiatives. Comfortable navigating ambiguity, supporting cross-functional teams across time zones, and leveraging tools like Workday. Familiarity with India compliance needs (POSH, payroll) and AI-driven analytics to enable data-led decisions.
