Job Summary
Senior HR Associate supports HR Principals on client accounts, manages end-to-end payroll processing for multi-state employees and 1099s, independently creates HR documentation and policies, administers benefits enrollment, leads recruitment activities (job descriptions, interview scheduling, initial screening), participates in HR projects (talent management, engagement surveys, workforce planning), and collaborates with internal teams and clients to deliver HR solutions across industries and non-profits. The role requires proactive client service, strong communication, and ability to operate in a virtual or in-person setting, with a focus on delivering accurate payroll, compliance, and HR program administration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of professional work experience
- 3+ years of human resources experience preferred in a generalist, or client-facing role
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll systems
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a virtual or in-person environment with minimal supervision
- Collaborative teammate with client-service orientation
