Job Summary
Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives, partnering with senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and succession initiatives. Drive employee engagement, retention, and leadership development programs while acting as a trusted advisor on employee relations and workplace policies. Ensure compliance with employment laws and oversee the employee lifecycle, leading and mentoring the HR team to deliver data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. Manage performance management and change management initiatives to support organizational growth within a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
Required Qualifications
- MBA / Master's Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience
- at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Proven experience in IT Services, Software Development, Technology Consulting, or Digital organizations
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR compliance, and employee relations
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
