Senior Human Resource Generalist

Senior Human Resource Generalist on-site in East Longmeadow, MA, responsible for full range HR and training support for the business unit, including staffing, employee relations, performance management, organizational and leadership development, and technical training. Develop and implement training plans and curricula for hourly and salaried employees; design strategies to cultivate organizational culture; evaluate and improve HR programs; maintain relationships with workforce development partners; collaborate with HR team and managers to resolve issues; prepare HR metrics and reports; assist employees with benefits, payroll, and LOA issues; participate in department meetings; communicate sensitive information tactfully; and contribute to various departmental projects. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR/organizational development or related field and about 5 years of HR experience, with preference for manufacturing experience and bilingual Spanish capabilities.
