Job Summary
Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business goals and execute People Operations Plans. Provide guidance on workforce planning, organizational structure, and performance management while designing HR policies that reflect organizational values. In partnership with Talent Management, implement tailored training programs for young managers and conduct regular employee engagement assessments to drive improvement. Serve as a trusted advisor for employee relations matters, fostering a culture of mentorship and continuous learning. This hybrid role is based at PrizePicks headquarters in Atlanta, GA, with full-time employees eligible for subsidized medical, dental, and vision plans, a 401(k) match, and an annual bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in HR
- At least 3 years in a business partner role within a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational development
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive HR strategies
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
- Must be available for hybrid position based at PrizePicks headquarters in Atlanta, GA
