Senior Human Recourse Business Partner

Conduct daily compliance audits and translate complex regulations into real-world practice to keep the agency compliant and patients safe. Manage regulatory reporting, ensure adherence to federal and state laws, and build a culture of accountability across the team. Collaborate with clinical staff to support team members while maintaining high standards of care in our expanding Northern California operations. This onsite role is based at one of our local offices in Walnut Creek, San Jose, Burlingame, or Sacramento.
