Job Summary
The Senior Human Factors Consultant at Rimkus will manage consulting projects related to safety and human performance, conducting site and product inspections, field investigations, and physical testing. Responsibilities include preparing expert reports and deposition summaries, researching legal statutes and standards, and providing expert testimony. The role requires excellent organizational skills, customer service abilities, time management, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of relevant software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. A master's degree in a related field is essential, with preferred qualifications including a PhD and relevant work experience.
Required Qualifications
- master’s degree in Cognitive, Experimental, or Industrial Psychology; Neuroscience; Industrial & Systems Engineering; or Human Factors or related field
Desired Qualifications
- 3 plus years of work experience in human factors litigation consulting support
- Ph.D. in Cognitive, Experimental, or Industrial Psychology; Neuroscience; Industrial & Systems Engineering; or Human Factors
- Board Certification from BCPE and/or Professional Engineer License
