Job Summary
Optimize the technical foundation of the HubSpot instance by evaluating data architecture, including object structures, properties, associations, and data flow. Design, build, and troubleshoot workflows for marketing automation, lifecycle management, and cross-functional processes while developing segmentation strategies for email and SMS channels. Audit existing configurations to identify inefficiencies, document standards for scalability, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Ensure data integrity across objects and integrations, provide best practice recommendations, and deliver actionable insights through custom reports and dashboards. This full-time contract role runs through December 31, 2026, reporting to the Director, CRM.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on HubSpot administration or consulting experience
- specific depth in data architecture, workflows, segmentation, and reporting
- Experience supporting CRM or marketing operations teams in a consulting or contract capacity
- Available to start immediately and commit to the engagement through December 31, 2026
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
- HubSpot certifications (e.g., Data Management, Marketing Software, Reporting) strongly preferred
