Senior HSE Engineer

Conduct daily inspections to verify health and safety requirements for Client contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors, documenting observations through online reporting systems. Lead pre-start kick-off meetings, verify suitability of security, traffic management, logistics, and emergency arrangements, and track non-conformances to ensure timely rectification or escalation. Issue work suspensions for imminent risks or continual failures, notifying the ESH Manager and ERC as required. Provide input on bid decisions and discuss reward and recognition schemes during weekly contractor meetings. Ensure monthly production of health and safety files per Employer requirements. Integrate safety protocols into complex project planning, design, and operations for the Expo 2030 Riyadh infrastructure program.
