Senior HSE Coordinator

Job Summary
Conduct day-to-day HSE activities across assigned project areas, coordinating with contractors, consultants, and airport operations to ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and international best practices. Perform regular site inspections, safety walks, and audits to identify hazards, while monitoring high-risk activities such as work at height, confined space entry, and heavy equipment operations. Coordinate daily briefings, toolbox talks, and emergency preparedness drills, then prepare consolidated HSE reports and track corrective actions from incident investigations to closure. Support implementation of the Project HSE Management Plan and Environmental Management Plan, mentoring junior personnel and escalating significant risks to the HSE Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of relevant HSE experience in construction, infrastructure, aviation, or major development projects
- Proven experience working on major airport, infrastructure, transportation, or large-scale construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction HSE requirements and risk management
- Experience coordinating HSE activities across multiple contractors and work packages
- Strong understanding of Saudi HSE regulations and client-specific requirements
