Job Summary
Advise leaders and workers on HSEQ matters, legislative requirements, and safety culture initiatives. Lead site visits, inspections, and incident investigations while facilitating audits and toolbox talks. Review and update plans, risk assessments, safe work method statements, and procedures in conjunction with stakeholders. Manage complex worksite safety issues and guide project teams to promote a culture of safety. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices across civil construction sites.
Required Qualifications
- Hold a minimum Cert IV in OH&S or a safety diploma
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role
- Have strong experience working in the Civil Construction industry
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

- Manage complex issues around worksite safety
- Lead and develop Support and assist the HSEQ team Project teams, providing guidance and knowledge
- Leadership, teamwork, and problem solving (transferable skills gained through military service)
