Job Summary

Senior HRIS Analyst to lead global HRIS strategy and day-to-day HRIS operations, including configuring HR systems, improving processes, ensuring data integrity, and delivering scalable reporting and automation. Role focuses on Workday HCM, security design, reporting, and collaboration with HR CoEs across 30+ countries to optimize HR technology, data governance, and user-facing processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • 7+ years experience in HR/People Systems Analyst or Administrator
  • 2+ years experience with Workday HCM
  • Hands on experience and knowledge of Workday security access and business process design
  • Workday configuration and troubleshooting experience within multiple fields (HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Time tracking and Absence modules)
  • Experience designing, testing, deploying and supporting Workday functionality in a matrixed environment
  • Experience with global government reporting requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint
