Job Summary
The Senior HRIS Analyst role focuses on HR systems configuration, business process design, and data/reporting. Key responsibilities include configuring and maintaining Workday, collaborating with stakeholders, and developing HR analytics and reports. Candidates should possess deep knowledge of HR processes, expertise in Workday configuration, and strong analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in HRIS/ERP systems, a Bachelor's degree, and proven capabilities in translating complex business requirements into scalable solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of HRIS / ERP experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field
- Experience configuring Workday
- Experience translating business requirements into system solutions
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Project and process management experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail

- Workday certifications
- Experience supporting system implementations or M&A integrations
- Experience with HR analytics or BI tools
- Change management training or certification
