Senior HRIS Analyst

Job Summary
Configure, maintain, and support Workday modules including Core HCM, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Learning while troubleshooting system, integration, and data issues. Partner with cross-functional teams to implement scalable system enhancements, lead HRIS projects, and manage Workday release activities. Develop complex reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to deliver actionable insights and support executive reporting. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of hands-on Workday experience and a BS/BA degree. Salary is competitive with a robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k match, and three weeks PTO.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Human Resources, or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with Workday (Configuration, Development, Cal Fields, Business Processes, Security, and Advanced Reporting/Dashboards)
- Experience in system life-cycle phase, requirements, analysis, design, testing, implementing, deployment and system upgrade
- In-depth understanding of HR domain and workflows
- Ability to effectively present technical and functional information in a manner that is understandable to all levels of the organization
- Flexible and adaptive to change
- Project management experience with demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and use initiatives to solve problems, exercising an appropriate level of judgment
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally as part of a wider team
- Ability to think outside the box
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel
- Advanced analytical skills including excellent problem-solving skills with an understanding of core HR business practices (HRIS, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, HR Shared Services)
- Advanced knowledge of reporting tool usage
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot system issues and provide solutions
Desired Qualifications
- Workday Pro Certification preferred
