Job Summary
Serve as a strategic advisor and hands-on partner to EPD leadership by aligning people strategy with business objectives, assessing talent alignment, and supporting the development of high-performing teams. Guide on employee relations matters and leverage data to inform strategic decisions. Collaborate with Recruiting, People Operations, and Learning & Development to enhance the overall employee experience.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of HRBP experience, ideally within a high-growth tech environment.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting GTM, EPD, or other corporate functions.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices across the employee lifecycle.
- Exceptional communication, influence, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and shifting fluidly between strategic and tactical work.
- High integrity, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
