Job Summary
Senior HR Systems Analyst position focused on optimizing Global HR systems (Workday) through system administration, configuration, and end-user training. Responsibilities include maintaining associate data, data changes/migrations, ad hoc and recurring reporting, and processing HR data across HR activities; serving as a technical solutions consultant for HR projects; developing dashboards/reports, engaging with vendors for Workday implementations, UAT and training, and collaborating with remote/global teams to meet SLAs. Requires strong analytical skills, experience with Workday HRIS/Reporting, project management, and ability to translate stakeholder needs into system configurations; provides ongoing improvements and evaluates new HR technologies. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Computer Science or related field
- Workday certifications (HCM, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Reporting) strongly preferred
- Experience as a Report Writer with ability to design and create custom reports and dashboards
