Job Summary
Lead HR operations by managing recruiting activities, processing biweekly payroll, and overseeing HR reporting systems including ADP Payroll. Adapt global standards into local policies, support the annual HR Plan, and facilitate employee development programs while ensuring compliance with Labor Law and PDPL regulations. Manage HR tools and systems, track invoices for the Accounting Department, and assist with onboarding, orientation, and exit interviews. Collaborate with business units to define talent requirements and contribute to the employee relations program.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years experiences in a similar area
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with professionalism and diplomacy
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Advanced level of English written and spoken
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of ADP Payroll is a plus
