Job Summary
Senior HR Specialist, SAP SuccessFactors responsible for owning and developing the SAP SuccessFactors landscape, driving system enhancements and projects, and partnering with HR and business stakeholders globally to deliver scalable, user-friendly HR solutions. Lead development and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors, manage enhancements/releases/projects, ensure data quality and compliance, support HR users, and collaborate with SAP and external partners in an international environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience
- Experience with Employee Central and other SuccessFactors modules
- Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills
- Understanding of HR processes in an international environment
- Experience with integrations, business rules, or SAP Integration Suite is an advantage
- Fluent English
