Job Summary
Senior HR Recruiter for healthcare staffing at Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare Solutions; responsibilities include implementing staffing coordination and recruiting strategy, sourcing passive candidates via web-based methods, conducting initial interviews, assisting in New Hire paperwork forHealthcare Support Staffing, developing and updating job descriptions, providing recruiting task analysis, screening candidates, supporting hiring processes for case-management staffing coordination and fulfillment, implementing HR recruiting best practices, assisting with Organizational Public Relations to establish relationships with potential new hires and staff, performing quality assurance on staff scheduling, approving PTO and tracking absenteeism, monitoring employee status, meeting with the Case Management Supervisor to plan staffing, identifying staffing requirements and creating a staffing strategy, assisting with hiring, training, and onboarding, preparing work schedules and ensuring payroll accuracy, and maintaining confidentiality and compliance with labor regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field is required
- Minimum 2-3 years of HR recruiting, healthcare staffing, or talent acquisition experience
- At least a year of HR Recruiting or Staffing Coordination experience
- Have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in Applicant Tracking Systems
- Have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in HRIS Software
- Must be detail-oriented, an expert communicator, and a good decision-maker
- Have hands-on experience in the hiring process
- Experience writing persuasive job listings, posting job ads on recruitment sites, and reviewing candidates’ qualifications to shortlist the best fit for an interview
- Perform background checks
- Maintain HR records
- Maintain confidentiality and enforce compliance with labor regulations
- Must demonstrate the ability to maintain warm relations with various people
- Have excellent listening skills and knowledge of behavioral-based interviewing practices
- Must be comfortable with public speaking and the use of interactive media and other digital devices to facilitate employee training
