Job Summary
Lead the strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of digital experiences and knowledge management practices for caregiver-facing employee portals and self-service tools. Develop and maintain content resources, taxonomies, metadata standards, and information architecture to improve findability and simplify access to HR information. Translate complex policies into user-friendly content while configuring and optimizing experiences within ServiceNow and related platforms. Analyze user journeys, gather business requirements, and collaborate with technical teams to implement experience improvements using data and analytics. Ensure information remains accurate, relevant, and accessible across notifications and support channels.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of proven experience creating content across multiple channels (e.g., web, portal, mobile, chat, or other digital platforms)
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Design, Human Resources, Information Science, or a related field
- Experience translating complex information into clear, concise, and user-friendly content and experiences
- Experience using HTML and CSS to configure, maintain, and optimize content and user experiences within ServiceNow or similar digital platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong collaboration, organizational, and project management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive improvements
