Job Summary
Senior HR Process & Solutions Consultant bridging HR and technology to design, deliver, and optimize scalable HR solutions across Workday and ServiceNow. Leads workstreams within HR programs, translates business needs into clear requirements and process flows, develops documentation and implementation plans, collaborates with HR Digital and HRTS to shape solutions, drives UAT and Workday release readiness, and advances automation while balancing efficiency, risk, and colleague experience. Focuses on improving operational effectiveness and the colleague experience by enabling technology-enabled change and ensuring alignment between user experience, process design, and system capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5–8+ years in HR Operations, HR Technology, HR consulting, or related roles
- Experience with HR systems (Workday preferred; ServiceNow is a plus)
- Experience translating business needs into requirements and supporting delivery
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to operate independently and move work forward in ambiguity
- Practical understanding of automation, workflows, and emerging technologies
