Job Summary

Own and optimize established HR technology solutions across the internal AI ecosystem, SharePoint, and the Microsoft Power Platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance. Design and implement new, efficient processes by digitizing manual workflows, building automation for approvals, and employing AI tools to streamline end-to-end experiences. Proactively identify operational inefficiencies and develop scalable, compliant solutions including documentation and training to support adoption. Own and continuously improve the HR compliance inbox and intake channels, using AI and automation to triage inquiries regarding background checks, I-9 processes, and vendor fixes. Develop knowledge and triage solutions using advanced technology to reduce manual workload while maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality. Serve as a domain expert for HR technology and compliance processes, partnering with internal teams to ensure alignment with legal and organizational standards. Provide hands-on support for new initiatives, including digitization of personnel records, audit preparation, and resolution of compliance-related issues. Track and report on automation and AI solution performance, including efficiency gains and service delivery improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • Expertise with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate, SharePoint, and Power Apps
  • Microsoft 365 tools (including Excel, Teams, and document collaboration tools)
  • AI-enabled solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., Copilot, Power Platform AI capabilities, or similar tools)
  • Adobe (Forms and related document automation tools)
  • DocuSign and other SaaS platforms supporting HR and workflow automation
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, HR technology, or process automation roles, preferably within a high-volume or shared services environment
  • Demonstrated experience designing or supporting automated workflows, intake/triage processes, or case management solutions
  • Solid understanding of U.S. employment laws and compliance requirements (federal and local), particularly as they relate to HR systems and processes
  • Proven ability to translate business or operational needs into scalable, system-based solutions
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, high-volume requests, and concurrent projects without sacrificing accuracy or compliance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Strong presentation and partner engagement skills, with experience supporting audiences across multiple levels of the organization
