Job Summary
Senior HR Partner will partner with leadership and People Operations to design and implement HR strategy, influence business outcomes, and drive retention and development of employees. The role includes shaping workforce strategy, onboarding/orientation design with COEs, coaching leadership, managing grievances with Labor Relations COE, evaluating and developing talent, leveraging analytics to inform HR programs, and ensuring confidentiality while aligning HR initiatives with ROI targets across UK/EU contexts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
- 5+ years relevant work experience.
