Job Summary
Senior HR Partner at Ashford Office will partner with leadership to design and implement HR strategies across business units, focusing on people analytics, onboarding, and retention initiatives. The role involves coaching leadership, driving workforce shaping, ensuring HR governance and compliance with EEO/AA considerations, collaborating with COEs and People Operations, and delivering programs to improve employee engagement, safety, and performance while aligning with ROI targets. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR/Organizational Psychology (or related field) and 5+ years of HR experience, with preference for UK/EU HR operations experience. The position emphasizes strategic influence, stakeholder management across a diverse organization, and maintaining confidentiality.
Required Qualifications

- Experience supporting HR operations across UK and EU countries preferred
